Orson Hall, Founder & Owner
I have always been a wine enthusiast throughout my adult life but in the last few years, I wanted to learn as much as I could on the subject.
I was born and raised in the San Diego area and went to college at UC Davis where I was first introduced to wine. I graduated in Agricultural Economics but I spent almost all my entire career in Information Technology in various roles, the last ten years as a Certified Project Manager.
About three years ago, I hosted a few wine parties for friends and neighbors. They enjoyed the format so much that a number of them encouraged me to start a business catering wine parties for individuals and businesses. I don't sell wine; I simply assist my clients in selecting wines that they and their guests will enjoy.
My objective for every event is to host client-unique wine parties that exceeds expectations at a location of their choice . To date, I have accomplished that based on client feedback. My Project Management skills have been invaluable in planning and preparing for my wine events.
Every palate is unique, so as Mark Phillips, a well-known wine authority states, "It doesn't make any difference what wine someone else likes. Good wine is what you like." My motto is: "If it tastes good, drink it." Wine is meant to simply enjoy. I provide wine tips about how to get the most flavor out of a bottle of wine.
I admit that I am partial to California wines but I have favorites from each wine producing area of the world. I love to attend wine tastings because I generally find a wine "gem" or two that I can recommend to my clients.
Please review the wine party themes that I have catered for clients. You can customize to your taste and even include two or more at one event. I have a wonderful staff of party assistants who enjoy providing that exceptional wine party or wine tour experience for our clients as much as I do.
Wine is my passion ... the taste of a delicious wine is a most enjoyable experience. Let us assist you in hosting a unique and exciting wine party that you and your guests will talk about
